Summit Park celebrates the opening of its spectacular neighbourhood park

On Saturday, Oct. 11, Summit Park will host a community-wide Harvest Barbeque. This special event marks the official opening of Summit Park's spectacular neighbourhood park, which features a collection of impressive facilities including a full sized soccer field, a basketball court, a sun shelter, a children's play area, passive seating and a paved perimeter walkway.
There will be plenty of refreshments for everyone - even free pumpkins to get a jump on Halloween. Kids will be delighted with a host of fantastic entertainment including pony rides, clowns and face painters, strolling magician, jugglers and so much more. There will even be crafts and pumpkin decorating for the little ones as well.
