Arts & Entertainment
Jun 24, 2010
The Hamilton Historical Board and the City of Hamilton proudly present the Heritage Marketplace at Bayfront Park. The event is part of the city’s Canada Day festivities on Thursday, July 1, and will be held from 4-7 p. m.
The Heritage Marketplace offers an exhibit of heritage-inspired paintings by a local artist, displays of Hamilton history ranging from the Beach Canal Lighthouse to the earliest days of Hamilton’s mountain to today’s city museums, and the opportunity to meet authors of local history books, such as The Hamiltonians and Footsteps in Time.
Celebrate this Canada Day by celebrating Hamilton’s history and heritage.
Admission to this outdoor event is free.
