Silver performance in Burlington
Hamilton Heat Provincial Petite won silver at the Bur-Bear Tournament in Burlington. With a record of 3-1 in round-robin action, a 9-8 victory over London secured a spot in the finals. A strong Elora-Fergus team handed Hamilton a 9-0 defeat in the gold medal game. Team members include Rachel Kulawic, Ciara Levely, Maggie Kiernan, Taylor Garvie, Brittany Switzer, Kate McAleese, Tayllor Smith, Katie McKinnon, Sarah Watson, Nicole Walker, Natasha Kolundzic, Hayley McMillan, Emily Hampson, Madison Attema, Nicole Therrien, Megan Therrien and Tamara Edwards.

Silver performance in Waterloo
Hamilton Heat Tween A (U14) Ringette team recently won silver in the Waterloo's annual Winterfest tournament featuring some of the toughest teams in Southern Ontario. The Heat beat London Lynx, Waterloo WIldfire and Mississauga Mustangs in the round-robin, but lost to the Lynx in the final. Team members include Coral McMillan, Madison Vickers, Hope Scully, Taylor Hartwick, Krista Lococo, Megan Hyett, Alysonn Grohff, Riley Blackmore, Jennifer Wesley, Skylar Flynn, Carleigh Shadwell and Taylor Blatchley.
