Hawks support Tucker
Before Sunday’s game at Inch Park arena, the Hamilton Hawks honoured three-year-old Tucker Patterson, the Waterdown boy who was blocked from getting on the ice at a city arena because he is wheelchair-bound. The team presented him with a signed photo and Coun. Scott Duvall gave him a package of City of Hamilton gifts. The Mountain resident will be participating in Ironman events in Penticton, B. C., in August where he will swim 3.8 kilometres, bicycle 180 kilometres and run 42.2 kilometres on three successive days.
