
Hamilton Tiger-Cats running back Jesse Lumsden has been named the Canadian Football League's Canadian Player of the Week for the second consecutive week.
Lumsden carried the ball 19 times for 136 yards and two touchdowns while adding one reception for 15 yards during the Ticats loss to Saskatchewan last Saturday.
The McMaster product currently leads the CFL with 362 rushing yards and has also scored four touchdowns.
Ticats receiver Chris Bauman was a runner-up for Canadian Player of the Week after posting eight receptions for 90 yards against the Roughriders.
