Fresh items to look for this Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Hamilton Mountain Farmers Market: pears and apples including macintosh, honey crisp and courtland. There will be blueberries, peaches, yellow, red and purple plums, cantaloupe, watermelons, grapes, apricots and nectarines.
As well, you can find sweet corn, potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, onions, garlic, field greens, leaf lettuce, carrots, beets, leeks, squash, okra and more.
There is also apple cider, honey, maple syrup, preserves, specialty herbs and oils, farm fresh eggs and cut flowers.
The market, located at the corner of Viewpoint and Mountain Park Avenues, is open Saturdays 7 a.m. until 1 p.m.
