The 39 Clues Book Four: Beyond the Grave
By Jude Watson
Are you ready to join Amy and Dan Cahill on yet another epic journey to another country?
After risking their lives in Seoul, Korea, Amy and Dan realize just how high the stakes are in their hunt for The 39 Clues™! Their adventure leads them to an ancient city that has been a hot bed of Cahill activity for centuries. All that stands between them and their Clue is a cryptic riddle, a missing relic, and a hunt through an ancient tomb. That’s right, the next leg of their mission (and yours) lies in a country that loves riddles and codes. Its mysteries have been fascinating archaeologists and historians for centuries. Welcome to Egypt!
Of course a trip to Egypt means to a visit to Cairo, a big, busy city full of museum collections worth millions in gold, as well as bustling marketplaces where you can pick up some treasures of your own! And an up-close-and personal look at the Great Pyramids are definitely in order, and a boat trip down The Nile—the world’s longest river.
If you join Amy and Dan, you will take a fascinating tour through Luxor, a city of sprawling temples, tons of tombs and ruins of ancient villages. Our heroes are taken with the amazing history that surrounds them, and a little creeped out when they make it to the Valley Of The Kings and the Valley of the Queens, where royalty from the 18th and 19th Dynasties are buried. Somewhere among all the sand, runes, and etchings lies their next Clue, but where?
Are you Clued in the hunt yet?
