Cogeco Cable announced the official opening of its new Hamilton Store located in Lime Ridge Mall at Upper Wentworth and Limeridge Road.
As Cogeco increases its range of entertainment, information and communication services, the need for additional retail space to assist our customers on site has also grown.
The new 2,100 sq. ft. area is designed to accommodate additional employee support and individual work stations for greater customer convenience and privacy.
Louise St-Pierre, Vice PresidentCustomer Services and Ontario Operations recognizes that convenience and great service is key and that consumers like to see first-hand the service they are shopping for. "With customers' needs in mind, our hands-on demonstrations enable direct experience of the full range of Cogeco's digital broadband services, including Video on Demand, High Definition TV, High Speed Internet and Telephony so visitors can try these services before making a purchase decision."
The new Cogeco Store is located on the second level near Centre Court and adheres to Mall hours. Debit/Credit Card payments can also be taken at this location.
The Grand Opening and ribbon cutting will be held on Monday, Jan. 21, at 5 p.m. Customers will be welcomed with cake and soft drinks throughout the day.
