YOGA & MEDITATION CLASS

Tibetan yoga and meditation classes take place Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. at Stoneworth Co-op, 2 Elite Drive, unit 64 (off Upper Wentworth). The classes offer very gentle yoga suitable for all levels. The suggested donation to participate it $10, which will benefit the Stoneworth benevolent fund. MUSIC FROM HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL

Music from High School Musical 1 and 2 will be performed by The Enchanted Ensemble, directed by Gordon Zanity-Donn, on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2 p.m., St. Paul's Anglican Church, 1140 King St. W., Hamilton. Proceeds shared with St. Paul's towards a new boiler for the church. A second performance will take place Sunday, Oct. 19, 2 p.m., Delta United Church, 47 Ottawa St. S., Hamilton. Proceeds shared with Delta United. Children 10 & under get in free; tickets $10 at the door.

GENEALOGY AT ITS VERY BEST

On Saturday, Oct. 18, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., there will be an exciting genealogical workshop for beginners and those who are not so new at the game. Hosting the Workshop is the Hamilton Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society. Speakers are Fawne Stratford-Devai of the television program "Ancestors in the Attic", and Jane MacNamara, who teaches courses for the Ontario Genealogical Society.
