The only people shortchanged in last week’s federal budget is the generations of Canadians who will be saddled with the debt incurred by this massive spending.

If Hamilton council has just discovered that our city is poor and unable to leverage funds from two levels of government, I'm wondering what the heck have they've been doing for the last two years to bring jobs and businesses here? Their silence, in this regard, is deafening.
